Simple terms. No nasty surprises.

Who you are contracting with
Divera Web is a trading name of Konrad Bieliczko, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. These terms apply whenever you engage Divera Web to design, build, or maintain a website or related digital product. Postal address available on request via [email protected].
Scope and quotes
Every project starts with a written, fixed-scope quote covering the deliverables, the launch date, and the price. The quote becomes the contract once you accept it in writing (email is fine).
Anything outside the agreed scope — extra pages, new features, additional rounds of design revisions beyond what the quote covers — is quoted separately before any additional work begins. No surprise invoices.
Payment
- No upfront deposit. We invoice the full fee on launch.
- Invoices are due within 14 days of issue, by bank transfer.
- Pay only when happy — if the delivered website materially does not match the agreed scope and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable revision window, the invoice is voided.
- Late payments may incur statutory interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
Timelines
The launch date is written into the contract. We commit to it. If the project is delayed because we are waiting on content, decisions, or feedback from you, those delays do not count against the launch date and the original deadline shifts to match.
Client responsibilities
- Provide the content, photography, and brand assets agreed in the quote, on time.
- Confirm you own or have a licence to use any materials you supply (images, text, fonts, logos).
- Pay any third-party costs you signed off on (hosting, domain, premium fonts, paid plugins).
Ownership of work
Once the final invoice has been paid in full, all custom code, designs, copy, and assets produced specifically for your project transfer to you. You may modify and use them without restriction.
Third-party tools, libraries, and fonts retain their own licences. Anything we built before your project, or anything reusable we keep for our own studio — templates, component patterns, internal tooling — remains ours.
Post-launch support
Every project includes 30 days of post-launch support from the go-live date: small fixes, content tweaks, form and mobile checks, and minor refinements. After that, optional monthly care plans are available — see our services page for current rates.
Cancellation
Either party may cancel a project in writing before kickoff at no cost. After kickoff, you are charged for the work completed up to the cancellation date, based on the original fixed-quote breakdown.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
Subject to that, our total liability for any claim arising from a single project is capped at the amount you have paid us for that project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or pure economic losses — including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost business opportunities.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms over time. Any project you have already commissioned is governed by the version of the terms in effect when you accepted the quote.
